What Rockford Concrete Is Like
A lot of the west side and the older near-north streets have public walk and private drive meeting at a joint that has moved, which is the single most common trip hazard we get called about. - The strip between the walk and the curb holds water. Saturated soil under a thin slab is the classic combination.
- Snow removal equipment catches a raised edge and levers it further each season.
